Can't connect to Remote server via TeamViewer

Good day,

I ahve a server running in data centre adn I used to connect to it via TeamViewer.

I updated to version 15 and now I can't connect to it remotely anymore. If I click connect, the status bar just displays "connecting" for a while and then displays "Connection not established, authentication canceled"

I thought the problem may be with the update so I tried connecting to another server which gives me the same error. Both server shows as "Online" in my contact manager.

Has anyone had this issue after they updated? Alternatively, where can I find the logs which may better describe the problem?
