issues connecting via team Viewer

Need some help. Even though my remote end PC is on with internet when i try to log in it refuces the connection. However once the remote end mouse is moved it allows access (As if the PC is hibernated how ever its not.
verion in use 15.0.8397
Im loosing out a lot on my work due to this. Any helpd ?
