Teamviewer with Samsung Tab S6

Hello,

I have purchased the Samsung Tab S6 (8gb ram) today especially for my teamviewer business subscription in order to remote support our employees on the fly.

However, the mouse pointer cannot get below to the taskbar. The taskbar cannot be clicked or ticked, so I cannot open start menu or use search field in taskbar etc..

Please look screenshot below, the mouse pointer cannot get lower than that. Everything above works .

Tested on latests versions

 

Anyone else with same problem?

    Yes, I am having the same Problem! The red marked area doesn't work with Touch-Controls.Samsung.jpg

    I think it's a bug and hope it gets fixed soon. Until then you can change the resolution to 1260x600 so you can click the taskbar.

    Thanks for the tip! Didn't know that the screen resolution could fix that.

     I am having the same Problem with my Galaxy M6. Changing the resolution does not work with me.
