License issue

I missed that there was an issue with our credit card and could not pay the invoice on time and my access got blocked. Now I've done the payment on the link provided in the invoice with a credit card and it got approved. But on the other hand I've received no confirmation email... Now the connection still fails and I have the error message "Either your license or your partner's license is blocked". Please unblock me as the invoice got paid. Thanks.
