The Website of Shopee is not the TeamViewer authorised partner and TeamViewer does not support the purchases made with unauthorised outsources. In order to protect your rights and safety, TeamViewer only sell TeamViewer products on TeamViewer official homepage,  through TeamViewe sales representatives and signed authorised partners.
