my license is gone

Hello!

I bought a license by the site. It works a few days and when I open the programm again I saw that my license is FREE. But I pay for it. Please help me! In my cabinet and email I can`t find any letter with a license code.

    Same here but in our case it's a corporate license impacting more than 500 users.
