I have a confirmation email that says I am paid up till Sept 2020 for my business subscription but my account says it is Free at the top and it does not let me connect to any of my computers. I can't figure out how to get customer support.

Can you kindly login your licensed account on TeamViewer client then check for the license status by click on TeamViewer -> Help -> About TeamViewer -> License please. If it shows License: Business, then you are fine to connect; if it still shows License: Free, can you kindly contact TeamViewer Support Team for a closer check up please.
