Unable to add a new staff agent

I have seven current agents, but the button to add a new agent will not operate to allow me to buy an extra one.

    Thank you for your post. 

    Can you please double check in the Administration of your servicecamp instance how many staff agents are displayed under the Staff Agents tab? 

    How many agents did you buy in the past? Next to the + Add Staff Agent button should also be a number displayed that tells you how many agents you have left to add.

    In order to buy more staff agents for your servicecamp instance, I kindly ask you to call our Sales team directly. They are happy to assist in this case :) 

    Please prepare the invoice number of your TeamViewer license beforehand. This ensures that my colleagues will immediately find your contract details.
