Remote computer asking admin for password

Hello, I have enabled "Easy access for Admin granted", but my admin persistently is asked for a password when logging into a client. Any ideas why this is happening? We have entered the admin password for TeamViewer and the Windows client, but neither password works.



  • Does staff even read & respond to these issues? Kinda defeats the purpose of having a forum!
