Intermittent Screen Refresh
I've installed the latest versions of TeamViewer (TV) accessing an Ubuntu 18.04 PC from a Mac OSX machine. Everything works just fine, except for one annoying characteristics:
The TV screen on the Mac often refreshes only after each second keystroke. It is clear that the each keystroke is transmitted, received by the Linux machine, and enacted everytime. But the refreshed screen is not received (or sometimes received after a very long time, eg 30 seconds). This only happends after each alternate keystroke. Each other keystroke immediately refreshes the screen.
By using TV when both the PC and Mac are in the same location, I can actually see the PC screen refresh, but not the TV sceen on the Mac. Both refresh almost instantaneously every second keystroke.
It's as if TV on the PC does not detect that the screen has changed.
Anyone have any suggestions?

This problem has been reported elsewhere and does not appear to be soley observed using TeamViewer. Whilest not solved, there is a cludgy workaround. See:
