Make USB-connected device at remote PC as if it was connected to my PC

On the remote end: There is a person that needs help with a mobile device. They can connect it to their PC.

On my end: I have the licenced software that I need to use with that mobile device. To do so, i need that device as if it was plugged directly into my PC.

If someone has any idea of such option, that would be lifechanging!

Please, don't offer alternative ways to connect the mobile device or transfer the software to the remote PC as they don't work for my situation.
