missing functions

- it is not possible to join/merge tickets
- no registration of ticket working time
- no recording of technician's working time
- it is not possible to set working hours of the IT department (registration time only per work hours)
- inability to send / generate daily reports by email
It takes too long to implement new features. It's time to think about moving to another dev.
