How to get operating system information from my teamviewer pc's as I have 100's of users on my teamviewer and I need to export some kind of list that shows me what operating system they have eg: win xp, win 7, win 10 so I can do their upgrades of teamviewer accordingly.

I think you could write some script for running remote nmap commands (search for nmap OS detection) in order to get operating system info from each pc. 

As far i can see, teamviewer supports command line parameters (see the link

and i believe thath at the moment you have the id's & passwords of remote computers, then you could make some try and write something for fetch all infos you want.

notice i haven't tried it but i believe it can be done
