Touch interactions not working at bottom of screen using Chromebook

I am using a Chromebook to control a Windows 10 PC. When using touch interactions, it works fine for most of the screen but nothing near the bottom of the screen registers touches. In addition, this mode allows me to move my Chromebook mouse around and the PC mouse syncs with it, until I move near the bottom of the screen, when the PC mouse stops syncing and stays stuck a little bit above the taskbar, making it very difficult to switch programs.

Can this bug be addressed or is there a solution? I can use the other input method but it's not nearly as user friendly.

    Hello @ChrisMcGrath,

    Thank you for your message.

Thank you for sharing this issue. We have ofrwarded it internally.

As work-around, I recommend you to change programs with the Windows shortcut Alt+Tab instead of clicking. Thereby, you won't have to go near the bottom of the screen an avoid the issue.

Make sure to enable Send key combinations in the Action menu of your remote session toolbar. You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: Toolbar - Actions

I hope this could help. If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here.

    Cheers,

    Jean
