Accounts contact via email
I need to have an email address where I can send an email to for finance support.
My creditcard has been charged for a license, but I do not work for the company anymore so the payment needs to be returned and the company needd to give a new credit card number.
I spent 15 minutes on the phone twice, as I can nowhere contact anyone other than via phone. After a 15 minutes wait I got disconnected.
I initially sent an email to salessupport, but I got a reply that that email address is no longer used.
This is a really bad way to give service! Definitely not an improvement.
I had all the information written down in an email, but that is no longer working, as you can read in below rediculous email:
