Is my client charged for joining a meeting?

We're trying out TeamViewer and really like it. However, we noticed that in the invitation to clients, there's a notice of a $.05 per minute cost.
"Dial: +1 213 289 3427 (0.05 $/min) to join the conference call."
If the meeting originates in the US and the invitees are also in the US, do they get charged on their phone bill?
