There is no way to do WOL on Synology NAS today (current version is 2.3.7) . There is a missing piece Extras->Options->Network Settings->Wake-on-Lan.
This would be a very valuable addtion. Any possibility this could be added in the future?

This feature has been added in the latest version of TeamViewer Synology package. If yours is the latest version then you could wake other devices in your LAN from Synology. But the other way round is not possible i.e. waking synology from other LAN devices.
