Windows 8.1 PC stuck on remote computer screen

My Windows 8.1 PC just stuck sometimes on remote computer screen. Is there any optoon to disable "Hardware Acceleration" in TeamViewer? I remember Google Chrome Browser had a similar problem but I was able to fix it by disabling hardware acceleration in Chrome settings.

@JeanK, Let me check. Hope it's will work. BTW, why it's working If I disable the Hardware Acceleration ? And Why not working If Hardware Acceleration is on my PC?

According to our engineers, disabling hardware acceleration will change the screen grabbing method. In some cases, it successfully troubleshoots issues.
