Alt key seems not sent from Windows 10 to Mac

I am using TeamViewer 15.2.2756 to remote control a Mac, my host is Windows 10.

But the alt key does not function on the remote Mac.

Both TeamViewer clients are up to date, is there any configuration I have missed?
