Error Message Sharing Screen using ChromeBox

I am not getting a number to allow the software company to share screens. I was able to click on the representative name from previous help sessions when I was on a Windows machine and I get an ERROR message.

Could you provide more details please?

Are you using Chrome OS?

If yes, did you download the Chrome app for remote control from https://www.teamviewer.com/download/chrome-os/  ?

What is the error you get?
