New Chromebook Cannot Login

I have a new Asus CN60 chromebook/box.  It works well, connecting to multiple sites with no problems.

I've installed the TeamViewer Extension/App.  When I start it the whirling arrow does not disappear, even when I fill in my account information.  I take it that means that I'm not making a connection to the TV website.  I'd appreciate suggestions on what to do.

I've restarted multiple times, and also checked that TV on my other machines is working well.
