Mouse clicks not working Ver 15
Both Local and remote computers are Windows 10 machines running the free version 15. It has worked successfully up until the other day. The cursor moves on the remote computer but the remote doesn't respond to clicks.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

Could you check if you have Full access in the TeamViewer options of your local computer?
To check this, please go to Extras → Options → Advanced → Advanced settings for connections to other computers and make sure it is set on Full access:

Hi,
I have full access, but sometimes I have this issue. I have to send someone to the location to restart teamviewer and that's not a solution. I can also not user the option in Teamviewer 15 to Reboot the remote computer?
Is there a solution for this? My Version is 15.7.7 and it is a payed version.
