I have installed Teamviewer both in my desktop computer and my laptop. While on journey, I connect from my laptop to my remote desktop computer as a private user. This was every time successfull until 17/02/2020. By that date, I have made an upgrade of my windows 10 operative system. Now, when I open Teamviewer, it appears a message saying that I have a free licencee of EXO (company who sold me the desktop computer) and my session lasts no more than 2/3minutes. See image

How can I solve this problem?

    Hello @sarmiento349,

Thank you for your message. ?

The company who sold you the computer seemed to use a professional license. ?️‍♂️

You will find all the information about how to reset your ID to private use in our Knowledge Base article here: Why do I see TeamViewer trial - 'Your trial period has expired' ?

I hope this could help. ?

If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here.

    Cheers,

    Jean
