My MAC says I'm offline, but lie!
Greetings from Italy
I have been using Teamviewer for years from both PC and MAC.
Now, after updating to version 15.3.2682 I can no longer access my account, I have a message "You are currently offline" but it is not so because with "remote connection" I can connect to my users, but I do not see them in the "Computer list and contacts. "
On the MAC I have a W10 virtual machine and from this, with the same version of Teamviewer, everything works regularly and this would suggest a problem of the MAC version.
Solutions?

Hi @maurfin
I suppose your MacOS has been updated all previous months or years in the latest versions. I have noticed in my Mac that when i was late to update, it was some apps that mailfunctioning or even hanging-up, but after the MacOS updates they are worked fine.
If you agree to proceed in this way, could you make a try to first unistall the current installation of TeamViewer, reboot your Mac and then download the last version from MacOS Download section and make a new installation?
The most of the times, the solutions are so simple, and we aren't expect them.
I am waiting to hear from you again.

I don't use Teamviewer very often, I probably skipped several versions even though I have now definitely installed the latest one.
I have already tried to uninstall the App and install the latest version, I just haven't restarted before installing.
Now I will also try to do this.

Perfect, now work properly.
Here are the mistakes I made:
- uninstallation was done by dragging the App to the trash
- No reboot after uninstallation.
Thank you, you are very well prepared and knowledgeable about problems.Best regards
