Android TeamViewer 9 crashes

Using TeamViewer 9 with a perpetual licence. Samsung S9 running Android 10 and TeamViewer v9 App. It connects for about 5 seconds before disconnecting every time. The host computer (also running v9) remains connected (or thinks it is) for a further 60 seconds or so before also disconneting.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
