Is it whit this plan only possible to connect with 3 defined computer or is it also possible to help/support other users by using ID and Pass?

Hi ma_ka,

yes, this is correct. Remote Access is intended to be used to connect to 3 predefined devices and does not allow for connection to unknown devices via ID and password. For this purpose, please have a look at the Business license.
