Cannot disble remote computer locking on mobile app.

I cannot disble remote computer locking on Android mobile version. When I choose "disable" it has no effect and the remote computer is locked again.

Any hints ?

Could you please provide a screenshot of the exact issue (hide ID & password please)?

Are you trying to connect from the PC to Android?
