I am unable to download the free teamviewer for personal use. Its says redirected too many times. anyone know how to fix this problem

Hi, I have a similar problem. I was using V9 and tried to upgrade to V14, but the download stops part way through. There is a message saying that TeamViewer will continue to download, but that is not the case. I have also tried uninstall and then download afresh, but experience the same problem. Can anyone help. Thanks.
I have tried it and unfortunately it still won't download. Maybe it's because I don't have a recent windows version. I believe I have windows vista, which is an old version

There are currently some issues with downloading custom modules of TeamViewer, but the regular full version should be downloadable as usual.
Can you try it once again from this link: https://www.teamviewer.com/download
