Only the presenter can record.
Recording will be stored on his client machine (only).
You can start recording using the recording button in the panel on top of the window/screen. You can also set auto-recording on before you start a meeting (options->meeting)
Every participant has to agree to the recording when he joins or the recording gets started. Otherwise his audio will not be recorded.
