recover user name

OK so I set up a friends computer for remote access.....We have not needed to use the connection for a LONG TIME .....I cannot log in to her machine..... The "name" of her computer shows up on my TV list that she is online. I have done the "forgot password" option but no recovery email comes in to either of the email accounts that we think it is. So then how do we recover the "user name"? I don't see the option for that anywhere..? PLEASE PLEASE help!!!!! Thanks!!!    - KATE
