Not connecting

I've been using TV successfully for the past few days while I've been WFH, but this morning I try to connect with my partner ID, and it gets stuck on connecting before even asking for my password.

The office is shut down and I have no way of accessing the other computer. Is there a fix for this?

    Hi,

    I encountered the same issue and it happens many times already. I need to restart the host teamviewer in order to reconnect. how to solve this issue?
