Is it possible to share files in the free version of Blizz ?
I've seen on the the web that a "floating window" must appear at the beginning of a meeting.
No Window appear on my "Blizz"...
How can I do ?

That's correct. The functionality you are looking for exists in the old interface but not at all in the new. Anyway, as mentioned you can still send files, just differently.
Thanks for you answer...but, for me, it's always not possible with the new interface.
If I use the older interface, I can transfer files. It's verry clear with the floating window.
I don't find the modality to do that with the new interface (I use Windows 10).
If it's possible, how can I do precisely ?

You shoul dbe able to send files in a chat outside of a meeting and also to people while in a meeting.
The later requires the appropriate setting under options->meeting->configure: "Allow file transfer ...".
