Moto G7 Play
Do you have a TeamViewer Quicksupport that will work with the Motorola Moto G7 Play. I bought this phone for my 89 year old mother thinking I could help her remotely from a different state. I was able to use it on my sister's Moto G6, but I could not get it to work on the Moto G7 Play.

I would kindly suggest you take a look at this post, as it seems that it will guide you to the root of the issue. Of course, I assume that you have already followed the instructions of the pop-up message after the installation of the app, and after that, the app still not working with your device.

It seems that the Motorola is in the List of supported devices, and there is probably work for you too. You can try of course the quick support or the Host app and see if is working.

Thank you for your reply, but the newest models don't seem to work. The Motorola G6 works but the G7 doesn't.
