If you are using the free version of the Teamviewer app and trying to connect to the Host version, then it is likely to see this message.
In this case, I believe that you have to have to uninstall the app as descibed also in this post reboot the pc and reinstall it with the default settings. Please remember during uninstall process to remove settings also (if you see it)
