Account shown as Free Trial despite activating license

I activated my TV license a few days ago buy my account still says I'm on Free / Trial Version - which has expired. So the license I activated appeared to do nothing. I would submit a ticket, but I can't since it considers me a free account... I also tried calling, but that only told me to submit a ticket, which I can't...

    Unfortunately that community moderators can not assist on TeamViewer orders and invoices. I have forwarded your case to TeamViewer sales team for a better solution. Kindly wait for the resposne from TeamViewer sales team and hope your issue will be resolved soon.
