Payment Process Crashed and my credit card was charged twice and got no activation email

I went throught the process of buying Remote Access licence after supply my credit card details and hitting the Order button the website crashed. My credit card was charged twice and I got no email verification of the payment went through nor did I get licence activation email.   It's second time i had to post this as I got no response the last time. Please help
