Hello Teamviewer,
I was trying to subscribe today on Premium License
First payment attempt after filling out the information, I got an error page, but the amount was withdrawn.
Then the attempt was made again, and the same page appeared, and the amount was also withdrawn.
Now 1018 $ has been deducted twice from my credit card, and the process is still pending. (attached)
if the payment does not complete it's ok; the moany will back automatic to my credit,
if not, I want to cancel all subscriptions and recover the amount.
