Legacy licence stopped working (Teamviewer 13)

We have used Teamviewer 13 at work for a long time, with no issues.  My company has a permanent legacy licence that covers 3 connections. My account is registered with that licence.  

Recently, my account started showing up as "free version" out of the blue.  I tried to register the legacy licence again, but I get an error message.  

I checked with my colleagues and no one has made changes on the corporate account. 

How can I solve this?  Thanks
