How to check the reminder of licensed used

Hi all,

Is it possible to get the number of licenses used for my users to connect?

I seem unable to understand the administration. I have 30 licenses ( or channel ) but I can assign to 38 users?

Sorry but anyone help me how to read the status.

Unfortunately, you cannot track how many users used how many of your channels.

However, you can assign channels to specific users and you can also export connection reports for incoming and outcoming connections. You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base articles here:
