We paid for licence but TW is still on free.

Hello,
I'm working for ATACO d.o.o. company and we paid for licence which should be valid until 10.03.2021.
Invoice number is: **Please do not post TeamViewer IDs**
Licence number is: 09-31204-965402-850858
We managed to sign in successfully on 2 PC-s, and it said "Paid licence", but on every other PC, when we sign in with this user, it stay on "Free licence", some trial period. Our IT support is 4 crew member and it is crucial for everyone to have Paid licence. Please, is there any limit because we know about 3 sessions limit, but this is not that. All we need is Paid licence on every PC we sign in with this account - zoran.gugic@ataco-bih.com
