I have bought a Business licence and received a confirmation email. This was 10 days ago. I note however that my credit card has not been charged.
I have followed the steps to activate my licence but the application is still showing as Free Trial with 4 days remaining.
I have tried re-activating the licence but when I open my account I get a message saying llicence invalid. I am not sure if this is because the purhcase faileed or because I ahve already activated it?
Please help
