Mouse cursor not reflecting tools in Adobe Apps

I am working remotely from my laptop. When using Photoshop and Illustrator, the cursor does not change to reflect the tool I am using, e.g.: Pen, Brush etc. The only thing that shows is the mouse arrow. Anyone have a solution for to fix this?

Yes, I can't use my Photoshop with the latest Teamviewer upgrade. The tools stop responding. HELP! I've tried Photoshop 2024 and 2025. Both are not responding through Teamviewer.
