problems with fresh enabled private TeamViewer license
Hello TeamViewer support,
I am trying to find the possibility to contact the support via email to transfer my IDs but I can't find it :-(
could you please provide the link to me ?
Last week I have requested to re-activate my private license and it seems so that someone did it because the belonging error message has been disappeared.
Thats nice but the remote control of the remote system doesn't work.
the dialoque window shows the message: "init display parameters" and after some minutes it closes and a new windows shows: Thanks for using the private license of TeamViewer.
So whats the problem right now ?
Is it necessary to install Teamviewer software on the remote system from scratch ?

In this case, it is necessary to restart TeamViewer on both sides of the connection.
