Does Teamviewer ban certain IP addresses?

I'm having a weird issue. When I try to login to my Teamviewer from my mother's house, I cannot login to my Teamviewer account. Teamviewer thinks there is some kind of proxy server that is getting in the way, but I don't know what proxy server they are looking for. So what I've done is used a VPN service, and when I use that service, Teamviewer has no problem logging in, and I can access my remote computers. If you need additional information about the ISP, I suppose I can provide it.

    Hello @bbbl67

    Thanks for your post.

Please know we do not block IP Addresses.

However, some ISPs do block services like TeamViewer by default

If this is the case, you should be able to resolve this by reaching out and requesting they remove any such blocks.

    Hope this helps!

Do you know if there are any specific ports that Teamviewer needs that might get blocked?
