No Activation email received after purchase

I purchased TeamViewer Remote Access Base: 3 devices  and received the order confirmation email at 1056 BST.

I still have not recieved the activation email as detailed in the order confirmation. Was payment rejected? Did the order go through? Where is the activation email?

This is a frustrating start to using your software...

  • I also didn't get an activation link. For I purchased, because I needed the services urgently for private purposes. But now as I still didn't get a mail I don't know what to do
