Letter in the mail claims I purchased a copy of TeamViewer that I never purchased

I received a letter (actually two letters spaced one month apart) in which the offices of TeamViewer claimed erroneously that I had purchased a copy of TeamViewer and needed to pay for it. (about $580 +/-). It took me about a few weeks to realize that this had happened because that's how slow my office works with the mail.

I sent them back a letter in the U.S.mail saying that I never purchased it, or intended to.

I think that what happened was that I had downloaded a copy around December but did not have the actual intention to purchase it. I checked my "Control Panel" and I can see that I don't have it installed on my computer. So, to my way of thinking, I am compliant with the terms and don't need to pay for it.

I hope that someone who is an employee of TeamViewer reads this message and processes the issue legally and accordingingly.

Thank you,

Leonard Gojer
