How can I enter the personal Blizz customer portal. Are the logins different from the Blizz User Account? Even when I type in my email address and add: forgot password. I do not receive an Email with a link to change password.

The user account and credentials in the product to use the product and the subscription management aka customer portal are different and independent.

When you purchase the product the first time, you get access to your subscription management. If you have issues to login, pls. try "forgot password" and if that does not work, pls. contact customer subscription support.
