I am only getting email notifications when my PC comes back online but I do not get an email when my PC turns off. I am using a Linux OS. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You should get both email messages, in case of device offline and online. In case if the the issue still exist please open a ticket and together with our support colleagues we will have a look at the described situation and fixes will come for sure.With Best Regards,Levon
