Toolbar for controlling of an android box device

Hi,

I remotely control an android box (model Beelink GT1, which is detected as Netxeon_Beelink GT1) with TeamViewer.

At one time a toolbar for the remote device was displayed on the TeamViewer window. It had buttons for volume control and for powering the device down. But next time the toolbar disappeared and I din’t find a way of bringing it back.

Any suggestions how to enable this toolbar?
