Controlling from other device

I can view my Android phone from other Android phone and PC .

But I cannot control my Android phone from the other phone or PC .

Is there a way to do it ?

My Android phone is Xiaomi , I didn't find it in the list of supported devices,

but it is very popular . Xiaomi’s mobile phone company is the 6th big company in the world.
